Artist statement:
My love of photographing places I have visited inspired me to use the medium of Watercolor. Watercolor is the most challenging and satisfying expression I have used as an artist. Watercolor gives me the freedom to be creative without the normal constraints I have as a working graphic artist.
Landscape and architecture are my main inspirations. Living in a natural state like Arkansas gives me the opportunity to view and to be inspired by wonderful scenery, but I paint mostly from my travels.
